When purchasing your prints, please make sure that this is exactly what you want and we will do our best to make you happy with your order. If anything goes wrong and there is any damage or inconsistency, we'll be happy to send you a replacement, but we would like to keep the returns due to the change of mind to the minimum. Art Prints, Paintings and Wall Art return/replacement policy
MaximImages has a 14-day return policy on unframed, open-edition paper prints and original paintings. Limited-edition prints, Framed prints, Canvas prints, Acrylic, Aluminum prints and wall tapestries are final sale and are not returnable. Original paintings that have been trimmed, framed, mounted, folded or damaged, are not returnable. All prints that are defective or damaged, qualify for a replacement within 14 days from the arrival. To return or replace you prints please follow our Return Policy described below.
Please consider that each print, no matter of its size, is a unique expression of art made specifically for you and must be treated with respect.
Damaged in shipping or Defective Prints and Wall Art, 14-day replacement.
Please contact us within 14 days of your order delivery date. Provide the order number, photographs of the defective item(s) and photographs of the packaging via email.After reviewing the photographs, we will ship replacement item(s) to you free of charge.
Damaged Limited Edition prints must be returned for a replacement or destroyed and the proof photos of the destroyed prints sent to us before a replacement will be sent.
Unframed Prints and Original Paintings, 14-day return.
Only unframed, regular or open-edition, paper prints and original paintings are eligible for our return policy. Limited-edition and all other prints and wall art are considered final sale items.To return an unframed print or a painting please contact us within 14 days of your order delivery date. Provide the order number and the reason for returning.
Once we approve your return, please repackage the print(s) in the original or similar packaging and include a printed copy of the original order/receipt. Ship your package with a trackable shipping method, and send us the tracking number and the carrier name via email. Returned paintings that arrived to us damaged, don't qualify for a refund. If a painting has arrived to you damaged, please send us photographs of the damage before returning it.

Image Licenses return/refund policy
Image licenses are not eligible for our return/refund policy. Please use a downloaded low-resolution image preview for comping/proofing purposes before buying a license. Contact us if you need a custom sized, watermarked image for comping purposes.In a rare case when a licensed high-resolution image contains defects or undesired elements, not visible on an image preview, or the image is not suitable for your usage for technical reasons, MaximImages will provide a corrected/retouched image to you free of charge within 1-2 business days.
Retouching Services refund policy
Before requesting a final payment, MaximImages will provide you with retouched low-resolution proof images for your approval. Once images are approved by you, the payment for retouching services is not eligible for a refund.In a rare case, when a retouched high-resolution image contains defects not visible on a proof image, or the image is not suitable for your usage for technical reasons, MaximImages will provide a corrected image to you free of charge within 1-2 business days.
Deposit payments for retouching services are not eligible for a refund unless MaximImages failed to provide you with retouched proof images within 7 days from the date of the payment.
Photography Services refund policy
Before requesting a final payment, MaximImages will provide you with low-resolution proof images for your approval. Once images are approved by you, the payment for photography services is not eligible for a refund.In a rare case, when high-resolution images are not suitable for your usage for technical reasons, MaximImages will provide corrected images to you free of charge within 1-3 business days.
