In order to optimize our search results, all search requests and information about opened image pages and clicked links is stored in our system. We also collect your website customization preferences that allow us to display content relevant to your request.
When you register or place an order on our website, we will ask you to provide basic minimum personal information that will allow us to do business with you (e.g., your email, password, name, address, your phone number). We may also share your personal information with payment processing systems in order to process your transactions and with other companies we may hire to fulfill your print orders and their shipments. We don't collect or store your payment system passwords, such as PayPal login password and we don't store your credit card details.
In order to share a lightbox, you will require to enter your friend's or your colleague's email address. We will use this email address to send a single message containing your lightbox and a link inviting to view the lightbox online on our website.
By filling out and submitting our rating and review form, you understand and agree that we may, at our sole discretion, post selected reviews on our website and make them available to the public. You may choose to have your name, your company or any other personal information displayed along with the feedback by providing these details in the comment section of the review form, otherwise, your personal details will not be disclosed.
Personal information collected by MaximImages may be stored in Canada, the United States or any other country where our servers and/or offices are located.
