Natural acne and skin condition treatment

If you are having a bad outbreak of acne, severe skin problems, whiteheads, papules, skin boils or sebaceous cysts, I urge you not to indulge in selecting the best skin products that may hide the symptoms or trying to cure the issue topically by applying hormonal or other creams. The main cause of this problem lies deep within you digestive system.

Our body discharges dead white cells, waste products of bacteria and toxins through our skin. All you need to do is find the cause of the bacterial overgrowth or of the proteins that trigger an allergic reaction in your immune system.

One of the most common sources of such a problem is the body's allergic reaction to certain proteins in our food. By isolating proteins that cause this reaction we can find the root to this problem. The first step is to eliminate all protein rich foods and then start introducing them one by one. It's best done after a two-day of fasting (First day not eating any food, only having mild natural drinks, like water and herbal teas. Second day, adding fruits in the morning and fruits or fresh vegetables in the evening).

Be aware that if you have a bacterial overgrowth, after a day of fasting you will feel a headache, which is normal, as the toxins and waste products are circulating in our blood stream and are being removed from the body. Another miracle that is happening during fasting, is that our body activate stem cells and rebuilds our entire system with new,
fully functional cells while eliminating all damaged, cancerous and dead cells.

Now with our body refreshed and our sensitivity stabilized we can start introducing one protein at a time every other day. In general the proteins in question will cause an allergic reaction over a term of 3-6 hours. Some of the most common proteins that can cause this problem are found in dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt etc.), legumes (green beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils any other types of beans), soy, meats and sometimes but rarely in nuts or eggs.

After finding our incompatible proteins, it's best to exclude them from our diet permanently or reduce their intake to bare minimum with long breaks in between. For people with a sensitive immune system and skin prone to problems, a vegetarian diet, in some cases without beans, is recommended. Fish and eggs are a very healthy source of protein and should not be removed from the diet unless you have an intolerance to them. Soy products and soy beans in any form, GMO or non-GMO should be avoided as they interfere with functions of our endocrine system and hormone production.That includes soy milk, miso, bean sprouts, edamame, tofu etc.

While healing your skin apply coconut oil to it in the morning and before bed. Don't use any other creams or skin care products. You might want to keep coconut oil your only skin care product even after your skin recovers.

The importance of our body's pH balance

The second important factor in having a healthy skin is our body's pH balance, which should be approximately pH7.4, but normally ranging between 7-8 during the day. Generally, our diet does not allow us to keep this neutral pH level and we need to carefully balance it ourselves. Low, acidic pH, creates an ideal environment in our body for bacterial and viral overgrowth, while neutral pH, slightly on the higher side pH7-8, creates the environment in which bacteria is unable to multiply and is quickly and efficiently eliminated from our body.

Tips for keeping your pH balanced:

- Buy yourself pH testing strips, that's the most important step. When you are aware of your acidity, you know where you stand and what to do next. Measure it before any meal in the morning. It's usually it's lowest in the morning, that's why you want it to be at least pH7, better pH7.4
- Have a glass of water with a half of a squeezed lemon and a half of a teaspoon of baking soda. Don't substitute the fresh lemon juice with a concentrate sold in stores. It's not digestible by many and lacks to properties. Have two of these drinks a day in necessary. Even though lemon is acidic, when digested by the body it's one of the most alkalizing foods. Baking soda is extremely alkalizing.
- Remove all refined and extracted sugars, syrups, processed honey, aspartame and other artificial sweeteners from your diet, direct and indirect. Starches, white flour, any artificially sweetened food, lactose (dairy products), juices (unless freshly made). Keep only fresh fruits and vegetables as the source of sugar.
- Remove strongly acidifying drinks like coffee, cola, soda drinks, black tea, alcoholic beverages.
- Focus on adding as much as possible of fresh fruits, greens and vegetables to your diet. Minimize processed foods, fried, roasted foods, anything with artificial additives and preservatives etc. Don't cook or warm up food in a microwave.
- Sleep at least 8-9 hours a day.

The list of most acidifying foods:

The worst offenders come first and should be avoided at all costs. Consumption of foods at the end of the list should be minimized and balanced with heavily alkalizing foods.

- Bacon, Sausages, Processed Cheese, Cola, Pudding, French fries and fried foods, Yeast, Sleep deprivation
- Canned tuna, Lobster, Ice cream, Roasted nuts, Hazelnuts, Carbonated soft drinks, Sugar added juices
- Legumes, Snow peas, Tomato sauce, Veal, Buttermilk, Cream cheese, Granola, White bread, Flour tortillas, Artificial sweeteners, White vinegar
- Beef and pork, Mussels, Squid, Goat cheese, White pasta, Beer, Black tea, Liquor, Coffee, Jams and Jellies, Pastries, Sugar, Microwaved foods, Cocoa
- Frozen or canned vegetables, Cooked swiss chard, Wild game, Cottage cheese, Barley, Oat bran, Rice cakes, Wine, Balsamic vinegar, Cigarettes, Table salt
- Pomegranate, Poultry, Lamb, Goat meat, Processed cereals, White rice, Wheat bran, Wheat flour, Brazil nuts, Walnuts, Pecans, Sesame, Safflower, Almond oils, Reverse osmossis filtered water, Most bottled water and sport drinks, Brown sugar, Chocolate, Sweetened yogurt, Tapioca, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Vanilla, Most pharmaceutical drugs

The list of most alkalizing foods:

The strongest alkalizing foods come first. But even the most alkalizing foods, with the highest pH will need to be consumed in much larger amounts in order to compensate for the most acidifying foods. For example You would need to consume at least 10 times (in weight) as much spinach as we've consumed processed cheeses or bacon. Please be aware of that. That's why the first three rows of acidifying foods above should be avoided.

- Fresh lemon, Raw brussels sprouts, Swiss chard, Spinach, Kimchi, Sauerkraut, Fermented vegetables, Baking soda
- Watermelon, Raw broccoli, Wheat grass, Lemon grass, Potato skins, Raw kale and mustard greens, Fresh raw vegetables juices, Green grasses drinks
- Fresh Loganberries, Persimmons, Mango, Pineapple, Raspberries, Tangerines, Umeboshi, Artichokes, Beets with green, Raw celery, cucumber, endive, Raw eggplant and red cabbage, Sweet potatoes and Yams, Fried soy beans, Raw pumpkin seeds, Seaweed, Kelp, Watercress, Raw zucchini, Green and herbal tea, Cilantro, parsley
- Most other fresh ripe fruits, except for green bananas and plums, Most other fresh and lightly cooked or steamed vegetables, Sprouted grains, Ginger, Garlic, Most other fresh herbs, greens and spices, Cayenne, Cinnamon, Wild rice, Almonds, Chestnuts, Raw sesame seeds, Flax seeds, Freshly made unsweetened fruit juices, Sake, Fish oil, Avocado oil, Raw apple cider and apple cider vinegar, Sea salt, Homemade mayonnaise, Raw maple syrup, Millet, Spelt, Quinoa, Unsulphured molasses.
